After a breakout junior season in which he rushed for 839 yards and 15 touchdowns, Abrm McQuarters is expected to be Cascia Hall's primary running back in the fall.

How often do you get asked whether you're related to R.W. McQuarters (his father's cousin who played at Booker T. Washington, Oklahoma State and in the NFL)?

Every new person I meet asks me if I'm related to him.

What is the best movie you've seen recently?

"The Avengers." It was really good.

What is your favorite subject in school?

Chemistry

Do you know what you want to study in college?

I want to study business. I want to be an entrepreneur and own my own business.

What is your favorite TV show?

"The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air." I used to watch it all the time. I love that show.

Who is your favorite athlete of all time?

Walter Payton

What are your summer plans?

I'm going to a few football camps. I'm going to hang out a lot with my family and try to get a summer job.

Which camps are you attending?

I know we're going to TU's team camp. I may either go to Michigan's camp or a bunch of one-day camps. Maybe an Ivy League or OU's.

Are you interested in going to an Ivy League school?

Yeah, I would like to play at an Ivy League. I've talked a lot with Dartmouth and been emailing back and forth with Penn.

What interests do you have outside football?

I was born and raised in church and I still love going. I want to be a minister at some point when I grow up.

What has been your best memory in high school so far?

I was an assistant gym teacher at Eugene Field (Elementary). I got to play dodgeball and kickball with the kids. I really got to be a kid again.

What personal goals have you identified for next season?

I definitely want to break the 1,000-yard rushing mark. As far as touchdowns, as many as I can. Winning the state championship is the ultimate goal.
