Neal Clement Ramsey passed away May, 17, 2012 in Edmond, OK. Neal was born March 8, 1924 in Billings, OK to Earl and Lavinia (Hoffman) Ramsey. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII on the USS Lunga Point. After his discharge, he married Wyvonne Stephens on March 30, 1946 in Tulsa, OK, and the young couple moved to Fullerton, California. Neal began working as a draftsman in Long Beach at Douglas Aircraft Co., eventually becoming an engineer as the company evolved into Boeing; he retired after 30 years. Neal at- tended Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Edmond. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Irene Pearl Capshaw; his wife, Wyvonne Ramsey, and his son, Richard Neal Ramsey. He is survived by his daughter, Jane Ann Malloy and husband Bob of Edmond; one granddaughter, Amy Cleveland and husband Bobby of Edmond, and two great grandchildren, Madison and Skylar Cleveland. Services for Neal will be 10:00 am, Thursday May 24 at Baggerley Funeral Home, with interment at 2:00 pm at Okmulgee Cemetery in Okmulgee, OK.
