Tulsa Business Builders appointed Jeanette Budde as president.
Foreign exchange
The board of directors of OANDA Corp. appointed K. Duker as chief executive officer.
Law
Graham Allen & Brown announced David DuVall and Ryan Roberts as additions to the team. DuVall's practice will focus on real estate and probate. He earned a bachelor's from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and graduated from University of Tulsa College of Law. Roberts works in personal injury and worker's compensation. He earned an undergraduate in accounting from Oklahoma State University and graduated from the TU College of Law.
Marketing
U.S. Cellular promoted Joshua Kuhn to store manager in Broken Arrow and Muskogee. He holds a bachelor's in leadership from Oral Roberts University.
Nonprofits
Domestic Violence Intervention Services named Katherine Silvey development director. She is a graduate of the University of Tulsa.
Goodwill Industries of Tulsa announced Tammie Maloney as chairman of the board.
Health care
Tulsa Cancer Institute hired Scott McHam and Jennifer O'Stasik. The two doctors will split time between the firm's Tulsa and Stillwater practices. McHam and O'Stasik will take over oncology and hematology care at Tulsa Cancer Institute-Stillwater.
Volunteerism
The Junior League of Tulsa announced Heather Duncan as president.
