Letter to the Editor: Come on

In response to the May 17 letter, "Two Possibilities," by Richard Waddell: That incident occurred 47 years ago, and one incident in a man's life doesn't necessarily define his character. I suppose if it truly did Waddell would have mentioned the fact that President Barack Obama says he spent the last two years of high school in a daze from smoking dope. I guess that's why he is such an "ineffective president."
So which is worse, someone Waddell might call a bully or a confessed drug user? Come on, let's stop talking about "non-issues" and stick to the more important issues like the economy and the $15 trillion deficit.
