Vivek Patel

Sr • Henryetta

Won 4A state title at No. 1 singles and concluded with a 27-11 record. Sixteen-year-old valedictorian has highest GPA in school history (4.41).

Chase Gordon

Jr. • Jenks

Finished runner-up in Class 6A at No. 1 singles and was 16-4 this season. Overcame a back injury that derailed his sophomore year.

Nick Wood

Sr • Cascia Hall

Took third in 5A No. 1 singles after placing second at No. 2 singles last year and winning state at No. 2 doubles as a sophomore. Was 18-9 this year and plans to walk on to Tulsa's basketball team.

Jason Proctor & J.T. Tasker

Sr, Jr. • Metro Christian

Captured the 5A No. 1 doubles title at state, capping an 18-1 season. Proctor, who has signed with Abilene Christian, was runner-up at No. 1 singles his freshman and sophomore years and first at No. 2 singles as a junior. As a sophomore, Tasker was on the second-place No. 1 doubles team last year.

Max foster & Andreas Kutt

Sr., Jr. • Union

Placed third at state at 6A No. 1 doubles and went 18-6 this year. Kutt also was on last season's third-place No. 1 doubles team and took fifth at No. 2 doubles as a freshman.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Ron Acebo

Jenks

Led Trojans to runner-up finish in Class 6A. Jenks was the most dominant team from the East side of the state, beating all of the competitive teams in every class. Acebo also coached the girls team to second place.
