11 arrested in Oklahoma City prostitution sting

OKLAHOMA CITY - A prostitution sting netted 11 arrests, Oklahoma City police reported.

Both female prostitutes and male customers were arrested Monday during a daylong undercover investigation in the 4300 block of S Robinson Avenue. Four vehicles were impounded, police said.

Complaints from the public likely brought the police vice enforcement unit to the area.

“They respond to complaints from the public usually, and that's what gets them out there,” Master Sgt. Gary Knight said Tuesday.
