Jeremy Griffin, a one-year Jenks High assistant coach, has been named head baseball coach at Muskogee High School.
Griffin replaces Doug Gunselman, who guided the Roughers to a 25-53 mark in three years at the helm, going 11-14 and 12-20 in his final two seasons.
Griffin, a Bixby High School graduate, played college baseball at Seminole State College and Southern Arkansas.
"I'm very happy for him," Jenks head coach Dennis Keeley said in a text message. "We hate to lose him, but he'll do a good job."
