Man shot in hand, shows up at Tulsa hospital

A 39-year-old man with a gunshot wound appeared at a Tulsa hospital late Friday, police said.
The man, whose name was not released, appeared at St. Francis Hospital after being shot in one of his hands, dispatcher Kimberly Faxon said.
The man claimed to have been wounded during a drive-by shooting in the area around some apartments at 21st Street and 129th East Avenue about 10 p.m., Faxon said.
Police were continuing to investigate late Friday, she said.
