Edmond man dies during Florida diving trip

An Oklahoma man was found dead Thursday after he went missing during a diving trip off the coast of Florida.
Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department officials identified the man as Eddie Fisher, 59, of Edmond, The Palm Beach Post reported.
The U.S. Coast Guard received a call at 11:55 a.m. from the crew of a commercial diving ship that it could not locate a diver, according to a Coast Guard statement. Fisher was due to surface at 11:45 a.m. The vessel, the Sirena, was two miles off the Lake Worth Inlet when Fisher went missing.
The Coast Guard launched a search by helicopter and boat. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation and master divers from the Sirena also assisted in the three-hour effort to find Fisher.
