The editorial in the June 16 Tulsa World by Donald Hamilton was typical of someone out of touch with reality ("Are nation's politicos doomed to repeat history?"). He says we should be careful about labeling our left-wing liberal congressmen as Marxist or socialist.
A Marxist or socialist label is simply a politically correct term for communism. What else can you say about people who believe in:
1. Class warfare,
2. Re-distribution of wealth,
3. An all powerful and controlling federal government,
4. The freedom and rights of the individual should be sacrificed for the "good of the society."
I got big news for Mr. Hamilton: Joe McCarthy was right!
