An Arkansas man accused of masturbating in the hallway of a Tulsa hotel was arrested early Saturday.
John E. Norris, 34, of Little Rock is being held at the Tulsa Jail on four indecent exposure complaints. He was arrested just after midnight at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel, 6808 S. 107th East Ave., jail records show.
A mother staying at the hotel with her three children, ages 7 and 11, told police her sons reported they'd seen a naked man in the hallway, according to Norris' arrest report. The woman left her room and found the man lying in the hallway masturbating around 10:30 p.m., the report says.
Another guest ordered the man back into his room, at which point the man crawled toward a nearby room, further exposing himself to the group, according to the report.
A woman staying at the hotel with a cheer squad told police a 14-year-old girl in the squad encountered the man earlier and that he had made lewd tongue gestures and motioned for the girl to come near him, the arresting officer wrote.
Norris' bond is set at $20,000.
