A man who is charged in a June 17 fatal shooting is now also accused of robbing eight people in the span of about a month, records show.

Dalven Davonta Moore, 20 -- who was arrested hours after Deonte Oshea Fulsom, 19, was shot at the Silverstone Apartments, 13195 E. 31st St. -- was charged in a separate case Monday with eight counts of armed robbery and two counts of attempted armed robbery, court filings show.

Prosecutors allege that he took cell phones, cigarettes, money and other possessions from eight people and tried to rob two others between May 18 and June 17.

In two of the robberies, he is accused of working with LaJuan Prear, 20, who is charged in the same case with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and five counts of armed robbery.

Prear is also accused of working with Quante DeJuan Oden, 20, in two additional robberies. Oden was named Tulsa police’s Most Wanted fugitive Tuesday and is charged in the same case with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of armed robbery.

Prear and Oden had not been arrested as of midday Tuesday.

Moore was charged June 26 in Fulsom's shooting with first-degree manslaughter, possessing a sawed-off shotgun and possessing a gun while under Department of Corrections supervision.

He is being held at the Tulsa Jail without bail.

He is set to be on probation until 2018 on a second-degree burglary conviction from 2011 and also has a grand larceny conviction from 2010.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Prear and Oden can contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677) or tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers.

Oden, who is also charged with transporting a loaded gun in a vehicle, pleaded guilty in 2011 to carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
