Letter to the Editor: Cannot be any worse

I am not sure how the Affordable
Care and Patient Protection Act
(“Obamacare”) will pan out, but
I feel sure it cannot be any worse
than what we have now. One aspect
of it appeals to me. The yahoos who
would rather make payments on an
expensive toy (bass boat, motorcycle,
etc.) than buy health insurance
will be forced to get insurance or
pay a penalty.
I don’t know how others feel
about it, but I am tired of having to
pay for their medical care through
higher insurance costs.
Former Gov. Mitt Romney must
feel a bit awkward having to run
against a plan that is based his own
plan in Massachusetts.
