STILLWATER — Jury selection is under way in the trial of a suspended Oklahoma State basketball player accused of sexually assaulting two women at a campus party.
Proceedings began Monday morning in the trial for Darrell Williams. Attorneys began questioning jurors but no one had been seated by midday Monday.
Williams, who has been indefinitely suspended from the team, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery.
Two women allege that Williams assaulted them at an off-campus party in 2010.
Prior to his suspension, Williams averaged 7.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
