Business development

SCORE, a nonprofit association aimed toward helping small businesses get off the ground, named Cal Morris as 2013 chapter chairman elect. Morris earned a bachelor's degree in management from Averett University.

Graphic and web design

Hampton Creative named Kris Oakes as interactive director. He will be responsible for web and mobile development, online strategy, and social media management. He holds a degree in graphic design from Oklahoma State University.

Health

Tulsa Bone & Joint announced the addition of its newest orthopedic spine surgeon, Richard L. Drake.

MyHealth Access Network named Ryan Campbell director of business operations. Campbell has experience in accounting/finance in the financial service industry. Janice Horowitz was named director of business development. She is a health-care sales and marketing specialist.

Law

Conner & Winters announced the addition of Edward T. Highberger as a new associate in its Tulsa office. He represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Hall Estill announced J. Bradley Ayo joined the firm as an associate. Ayo focuses on corporate and energy law. He earned a degree in English at Northeastern State University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University.

Nonprofit

Gatesway Foundation hired Barry Maxwell as executive director of resource development. Maxwell has 12 years of fundraising experience and previously was director of development for Youth Services of Tulsa.
