ALTUS — Authorities said an Altus man is in jail after he allegedly stabbed a man in the head twice with a screwdriver.
The Lawton Constitution reports that Roberto Jesus Roblez is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond in connection with the July 13 incident. He's been charged with felony assault and battery.
Police Chief Tim Murphy said Roblez is accused of stabbing a man who was helping Roblez' female roommate move out of their home.
Murphy said Roblez stabbed the man in the forehead and above the left eye.
The man was taken to the hospital but his condition wasn't known.
