Sooners' home opener to kick off at 6 p.m.

NORMAN – Oklahoma’s football home opener Sept. 8 against Florida A&M will kick off at 6 p.m., OU announced Friday. The university did not announce a television carrier for that game.
The first meeting between the Sooners and Rattlers will be OU’s second game of the upcoming season. The Sooners travel to UTEP Sept. 1 for a 9:30 p.m. kick.
The UTEP and Florida A&M games are the only ones on OU’s schedule with determined starting times currently.
