Lesser prairie chickens

A state official says the bird’s situation is “dire,” but U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe says that doesn’t mean endangered, especially if it holds up wind-power development in northwest Oklahoma.

It’s hard to get any respect when your first name is “Lesser.”
