A man was shot in the leg late Monday during an argument over a handful of change, Tulsa police said.
The man told police that the shooter had given him change for a $20 but later came to his door in the 300 block of West 63rd Place North complaining that the bill was counterfeit, Cpl. Greg Smith said.
He then shot the man, who ran to a neighbor's house and called police about 10 p.m., Smith said.
The shooter was reportedly driving a light blue Dodge Charger, Smith said.
Anyone with information about him is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or visit tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers.
