A man was arrested late Wednesday on allegations that he cut an acquaintance with a kitchen knife at that man's apartment, records show.
Andrew Robert Kelly, 38, is accused of entering the unit at 7946 S. Sheridan Road through an unlocked door about 4:25 p.m. and grabbing a beer from a refrigerator, police said.
When the resident confronted him, he allegedly grabbed a foot-long serrated knife he found there and grazed the resident's leg, according to the report.
The resident did not need treatment, the report says.
Kelly had been visiting the resident earlier in the day but was asked to leave after causing a disturbance, the report says.

He was booked into the Tulsa Jail on a complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon. His bail was set at $30,000.
