Running back Greg Bryant, Oklahoma’s highest-rated verbal commitment in the 2013 class, has decommitted from OU, according to Rivals.com.
Bryant’s father reportedly told Rivals national recruiting analyst Mike Farrell that his son wants to play in the Southeastern Conference and that Auburn and South Carolina are among his favorites.
Bryant, from Delray Beach, Fla., verbally committed to Oklahoma on April 1 after an official visit.
As a junior last season, the 5-foot-11, 197-pound Bryant rushed for 2,180 yards (9.7 average) and 25 touchdowns at American Heritage School.
He is the No. 28 overall prospect in the nation, according to Rivals, and is the No. 4 high school running back nationally.
