A man who is charged with manslaughter in a February traffic fatality surrendered to authorities Wednesday, records show.
Stormey Wayne Jordan, 25, turned himself in at the Tulsa Jail at 9:15 a.m., about 24 hours after Tulsa police named him their Most Wanted fugitive of the week, authorities said.
Police said he was driving a vehicle that drifted left, hit a tree and rolled over as it headed south in the 700 block of South 89th East Avenue just before 2 a.m. Feb. 20.
The vehicle caught fire and passenger Amanda Perez, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jordan was taken to St. John Medical Center.
He was charged Friday with first-degree manslaughter in that incident, along with driving with a suspended license and failing to carry insurance verification.
He is charged in a separate case with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol when he wrecked a vehicle in the 4200 block of Riverside Drive on March 12, records show.
He pleaded guilty in 2010 to unrelated charges of driving under the influence of alcohol twice in the span of about a month in 2009, records show.
