OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police say a woman who gave them the wrong name when they arrested her also faked a seizure to avoid being held in jail.
Brittney Nicole Banta, 24, was arrested on complaints of giving false identification and larceny of merchandise, and on a city warrant for larceny of merchandise, according to an incident report released Thursday.
Police were called about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to a Walmart at 6100 W Reno Ave., where an employee said a woman walked out of the store with $35 worth of makeup without paying for it.
When police asked the woman her name, she gave her sister's name and birth date. A Walmart manager gave police her identification card, police reported.
