Del City police officer ordered to stand trial in 18-year-old's death

OKLAHOMA CITY - A judge has ordered a Del City police officer to stand trial on a first-degree manslaughter charge in the shooting of an 18-year-old.
The judge's order came following a preliminary hearing Monday for police Capt. Randy Trent Harrison.

Testimony at the hearing indicated the man was not a threat at the time he was shot.
“I did not see any threat from him,” officer Steve Robinson testified.
