When is a tax not a tax? When it is Obamacare. President Barack Obama had adamantly denied that the individual mandate was a tax. "I absolutely reject that notion," the president said.
Chief Justice John Roberts and the majority of the Supreme Court rejected the president's statement and called it a tax.
Obama and his health-care supporters in Congress, etc., dislike it termed as a tax because most people don't like the word tax, but with Obamacare and all the other taxes to be greatly increased under Obama, the people will be hit hard with what is stated will be the largest tax increase ever.
Obamacare also will greatly increase our deficit, and under Obama's Federal Reserve no doubt greatly increase inflation, which will devalue our money supply and cause the prices of most things to increase exorbitantly.
In reality, whether called a tax or not a tax, it is unconstitutional and of all people, the president and the Supreme Court should know that but maybe they don't really care. Neither the much-abused Commerce Clause nor taxing authority allows such tyrannical mandates upon the people.
Furthermore Obamacare promotes abortion and euthanasia by "death panel" dictators.
Tell your U.S. congressmen to annul Obamacare, and your state legislators to exercise the 10th Amendment of the Constitution as state sovereignties and nullify Obamacare at the state borders.
