Design

Cubic hired De Randolph as bookkeeper and Katy Livingston as designer, Libby Bender was named vice president/chief branding officer, and Luca Cavallaro was added as brand planner. Livingston has a degree in visual communication from the University of Kansas.

Economic development

Harsco Corp. hired Randy Benson as director of product marketing. He has a bachelor's in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Human resources

The Tulsa World announced Laura McIntosh will return to the organization as the new human resources director beginning Sept. 4. She has more than 10 years of experience working with the company.

Law

Barrow & Grimm named Nicholas M. Jones as a member of the firm. His practice is in business and estate planning, banking and probate.

Best & Sharp announced Brian Swenson joined the firm as an associate. He has a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley College in Grand Rapids, Mich. His areas include medical malpractice and general defense.

Medical

Oklahoma CyberKnife added Dr. Joshua Garren to its staff of physicians. Garren received training from Brown University, where he worked on the first radiosurgery system in New England, and neurosurgery training from New York University.

Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College rehired Sasha French as the college's on-site nurse. French graduated from the school's nursing program in 2008.
