Basketball: ORU's Velkey helps Hungary win bronze

Oral Roberts freshman Krisztina Velkey recently completed play at the FIBA U20 European Championship, leading her native Hungary to a bronze medal finish in the tournament's B Division. Hungary (6-2) won its first five games. Velkey started all eight games and played a team-high 30 minutes per game. She averaged 8.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while leading the Hungarians with three assists per contest, second-best among all players at the competition.
