Charles and Peggy Boatman
celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary Aug. 24, 2012.
They were honored with a
reception Aug. 26, 2012 at their
home in Broken Arrow. The
event was hosted by their
family.
The couple married Aug. 24,
1962, in Okmulgee. They have
two children: Amanda Calico
and Eric and Samantha
Boatman, all of Broken Arrow.
They have eight grandchildren.
Charles Boatman retired Jan.
5, 2007 after 45 years as an
accountant. Peggy Boatman
retired May 2006 after 35 years
as an educator.
