Police say two men robbed a Tulsa eatery after throwing a rock through a glass door Monday.

Four employees of the Panera Bread at 1624 E. 15th St. were inside the closed restaurant when the pair armed with guns entered through the broken door just after 5 a.m., Officer Leland Ashley said.

The men demanded the contents of the bakery’s safe and fled after an employee complied, Ashley said.

The robbers are described as black men clad in dark clothing, gloves and ski masks. One is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. The other is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or to submit a tip online at tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers.
