One of three people who were shot early Monday died late Tuesday, and two Tulsa men have been arrested on accusations that they shot the three.

Everett Wilson, 21, and Ronnie Barnett Jones, 22, each were jailed Tuesday, before Shametra J. Fields died at St. John Medical Center, on three complaints of shooting with intent to kill and one complaint of robbery with a firearm, Tulsa Jail records show.

Wilson and Barnett are alleged to have shot Fields, 25, Everett L. Adkins, 22, and Makala F. White, 25, in the front yard of a duplex on Owasso Place near 63rd Street around 1:30 a.m. Monday, Sgt. David Walker said.

All three victims were shot in the chest, and both women were also shot in the head, police said.

Fields was pronounced dead about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Adkins and White remained hospitalized.

Wilson was arrested near downtown Tulsa about 11:30 a.m., Walker said.

Barrett was taken into custody after police stopped his vehicle in the 4900 block of South Yorktown Place.

Both men are being held in lieu of $550,000 bail.
