There's still time to sample the special menus at 34 area restaurants during the last weekend of Restaurant Week.
The event that benefits the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma's Food for Kids program ends Sunday.
Until then, participating restaurants will continue offering three-course, prix-fixe meals and donate 10 percent of the proceeds to the food bank. The proceeds will be matched by the George Kaiser Family Foundation up to $25,000.
The Food Bank's Food for Kids program provides a backpack of food each week during the school year to more than 4,100 students in Tulsa County at risk of going hungry during the weekend and holidays.
Last year, Restaurant Week raised more than $50,000 for the Food for Kids program.
This year, Restaurant Week patrons can select from a variety of three-course lunch and dinner menus.
Restaurants are offering lunch options at $12.95 per person and dinner options for $25 per person, $35 per person or $35 for two. Each meal will feature an appetizer, entrée and dessert, and all prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverage.
