NORMAN - Last year's graduating class at the University of Oklahoma was the largest in state history.
OU conferred 7,495 degrees during the 2011-12 academic year at its campuses in Norman, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, officials said this week.
That's more than any other university in the history of the state, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education data show.
OU's six-year graduation rate stands at 68 percent, the highest of any public college or university in the state.
