OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City man is accused of pushing his disabled sister and taking her oxygen tank during an argument, court papers show.

Paul Allen Zobisch, 31, was charged Tuesday in Oklahoma County District Court with one count of aggravated assault and battery. Zobisch also was charged with one count of assault and battery, accused of punching the woman's boyfriend when he came to her aid.

Warr Acres police responding to a domestic disturbance arrested Zobisch on Sept. 6 in the 5900 block of NW 35. He was being held Tuesday in the Oklahoma County jail, with bail set at $4,500, a jail official said.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the charges, the woman told police Zobisch was intoxicated and wanted to give her a hug. When she said no, he grabbed her and she pushed him away.
