Northeast
Bell Cow: Elevation below normal, water 87 and clear. All fishing slow.
Birch: All fishing slow.
Carl Blackwell: Elevation 7 ft. below normal, water 84. Striped bass hybrids fair trolling. All other fishing slow.
Chandler: Elevation below normal, water 87 and clear. All fishing slow.
Copan: Elevation normal, water 80s and clearing. Anglers should be aware of increasing amounts of blue-green algae. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 3-6 ft. from boats around the lake and from the new fishing dock at Copan Point. Catfish slow on juglines baited with cut shad, sunfish and worms below the dam.
Eucha: Elevation 10 1/2 ft. below normal, water 75 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 12-14 ft. around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms. Bluegill fair on crickets and worms.
Fort Gibson: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 82 and stained. White bass good on white rooster tails and two-inch crankbaits while casting and trolling around windy points. Largemouth bass good on plastic worms and crankbaits at 5-15 ft. Catfish good drifting whole shad Carolina-rigged with OOO hooks in the flat around Paradise Cove area. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-15 ft. around docks and structure.
Grand: Elevation 2 ft. below normal. Largemouth bass good on worms and crankbaits off points. White bass fair. Catfish excellent on fresh cut bait at 50-60 ft. drifting. Crappie fair at 10-20 ft. around brush below docks. Paddlefish slow.
Greenleaf: Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and spinnerbaits along shallow flats. White bass schooling.
Hudson: Elevation 1 ft. above normal. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits. Blue catfish good on juglines baited with cut bait at the edge of the river channel. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 15-18 ft. around brush piles. All other fishing slow.
Hulah: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water clearing. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 6-8 ft. Catfish slow on worms below the dam.
Kaw: Elevation normal, water 80 and clear. White bass good on crankbaits and small jigs along windy beaches and the Sarge Creek Bridge at night. Striped bass hybrids good below the dam when running water. Blue catfish fair in the upper Arkansas River and good north of Washunga Bay Bridge on earthworms and fresh cut shad. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around deep standing timber.
Keystone: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 70. Catfish excellent on juglines baited with cut bait at 25 ft. White bass good trolling white grubs in shallows. Crappie fair on minnows at 20 ft.
Lower Illinois: Elevation normal, water 54 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on topwater lures in coves. White bass fair on spinnerbaits and jigs at 1-2 ft. all along the river. Striped bass good on live trout and shad at 1-4 ft. in the deep branch. Channel catfish excellent on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie fair on jigs and spinnerbaits at 1-2 ft. all along the river. Trout excellent fly fishing the surface, on rooster tails at 1-2 ft. and on Power Bait on bottom from the dam to Gore Landing.
Oologah: Elevation 2 1/2 ft. below normal, water mid to upper 70s and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs 8-12 ft. around brush piles and standing timber. Blue catfish fair on shad and livers around standing timber in the north end of the lake. White bass fair trolling shad colored crankbaits at 10-15 ft. in near creek channels.
Skiatook: Elevation 9 ft. below normal, water upper 70s and lower 80s and clear. All fishing slow.
Sooner: White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on slabs and live shad on the cold water side of the lake. Catfish fair on cut bait and live bait in channels. All other fishing slow.
Spavinaw: Elevation slightly above normal, water 73 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits.
Tenkiller: Elevation 8 1/2 ft. below normal, water 82 and clear. All fishing slow.
Webbers Falls: Largemouth bass good on square bill crankbaits in the main river. White bass excellent in the main channel where shad are schooling.
Southeast
Eufaula: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms and crankbaits off points and rocky areas. White bass good on topwater lures around windy points and flats early and late. Blue catfish good on shad drifting shallow flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs under bridges, around standing timber and along riprap.
Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water murky. Bass good on soft plastics and crankbaits. Catfish good on cut bait, shad and earthworms. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around submerged brush piles.
Sardis Lake: Elevation normal. Largemouth bass fair to good on plastic worms, spinnerbaits and topwater lures at 2-7 ft. Channel and blue catfish good on cut bait and dead minnows. Crappie fair to good on live minnows at 16-18 ft. Walleye slow.
Wister: Elevation 1 1/2 ft. below normal, water murky. Largemouth bass slow on deep diving crankbaits. Crappie slow on white tail grubs at 15-20 ft. Catfish fair on juglines baited with sunfish, cut bait and liver.
