Body found in vacant Tulsa lot; foul play not suspected

Authorities do not suspect foul play in the death of a man whose body was found in a vacant lot in Tulsa on Monday afternoon.
The body of the unidentified 24-year-old man who is thought to be homeless was discovered in the area of Atlanta Avenue and Pine Street around 2 p.m., police said.
EMSA medics determined that the man was dead, police said.
The cause and manner of his death are being investigated, police said.
