First-degree murder charges were filed Tuesday against two Tulsa men who were arrested in connection with a triple shooting that left one person dead and two wounded earlier this month.

Everett Wilson, 21, and Ronnie Barnett Jones, 22, are charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a firearm and burglary, Tulsa County District Court filings show.

Jones is also charged with shooting with intent to kill, attempted larceny of an automobile and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The two men are alleged to have shot Shametra Fields, 25, Everett Adkins, 22, and Makala White, 25, in the front yard of a duplex on Owasso Place near 63rd Street on Sept. 10, police said.

All three victims were shot in the chest, and both women were also shot in the head, authorities said. Fields died at a hospital the next day.

Wilson and Jones were each arrested Sept. 11 and remain in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $550,000 bail.
