People & Places: New Hope fundraiser scheduled Oct. 27 in Tulsa

"Disco is Dead" will be the theme when New Hope Oklahoma holds its Costumes and Cocktails benefit from 7 p.m. until midnight Oct. 27 at Rucker Warehouse, 1227 S. Detroit Ave.
Plan on an evening of fun costumes, great food and drink, live and silent auctions, and entertainment.
New Hope Oklahoma is a Tulsa-based charitable nonprofit that works to break generational incarceration through community-based programs, after-school programs, camps, retreats and other programs and activities. Each dollar raised will help the organization continue to provide vital services to more than 400 New Hope children.
Event chairwoman is Missy McCaw-Frette. Other committee members include Danielle Bishop, Amy Clingan, Renee Davis, Jane Elbon, Tricia Mason, Keith Fallis, Christina Fravel, Kellie Gilpin, Josh Juarez, Aaron Kesler, Janelle Ligons, Jane Simmons, Stuart McDaniel, Scott Milburn, Leah Nickel, Adria Phillips, Mary Rankin, Amonica Rupe, Mike Smith and Maggie Waller.
