Tulsa police arrested a “Most Wanted” fugitive Friday night who is wanted on two counts of shooting with intent to kill, armed robbery and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Prosecutors charged Marquis Jajuan Clark, 23, on June 8 after Clark allegedly robbed the Panera Bread at 7547 S. Olympia Ave., on April 29.
Police at the time said the robber left with a small amount of cash and fired a gun at an SUV in the parking lot before fleeing in a red Ford Mustang Cobra.
According to Clark’s arrest report, police were patrolling the Town Square Apartments about 6:15 p.m. Friday when Clark was spotted and approached by officers and taken into custody. He had a semi-automatic handgun under his arm at the time of his arrest.
Clark is also charged with first degree robbery of an individual and several traffic violations.
He pleaded guilty in 2007 to unauthorized use of a vehicle, false impersonation and possession of a firearm while under Department of Corrections supervision.
Clark is being held at the Tulsa County Jail with bail set at $303,170.
