Letter to the Editor: Enough

There has been much talk about Mitt Romney's tax returns. I am more interested and concerned about the information that has been withheld by Attorney General Eric Holder. The family of the dead Border Patrol agent has a need and a right to know what the White House and others in authority knew about this.

There has been criticism of Romney and his wife on a jet ski. But at least Romney paid for his own vacation and jet ski. It appears that the taxpayers paid high dollars for President Obama and his wife's vacations. When I see people out of work and realize how far that money would have gone to help them it makes me sad.

It appears that Romney is able to be very frugal with his own money and I feel he will be just as frugal with the taxpayers' money. The lavish parties that many people have gotten away with have got to stop. They are spending our money, not their own.

When the platform of the Democratic Party left out God and Jerusalem, that was enough for me. We are one nation under God and we were formed that way. I know at the convention God and Jerusalem were put back in, but if you listened to the convention the vote was a sham.
