To the MBA who thinks he is better off now than four years ago, he better go back and count his beans again ("Answer is 'yes,'" Sept. 27).
Granted his "nest egg" may have recouped all his losses, but it won't buy as nearly as much.
With gasoline at $3.50-plus per gallon and everything else up accordingly, the beans in his nest egg won't go nearly as far.
