Robert V. “Bob” Ford, 64 of Tulsa OK died on Sunday, October 7, 2012 after a brief illness. Born December 12, 1947 in Anna, IL to Roy Ford and Elizabeth (Cummins) Ford, he grew up in the Joplin area. Bob had been a Tulsa resident since 1981 and was Owner and Senior Financial Advisor of Capital Investment Advisors in Broken Arrow, OK. An avid golfer, he had the opportunity to play many courses all over the world. He loved the Lord. Bob and his wife, Teri taught the College and Career Sunday School class at Woodlake Assembly of God church. At Victory Christian Center they supported the Dream Center by send- ing children to summer camp. Bob was preceded in death by his father; brother, Dick; and sister, Shirley. Survivors include his wife, Teri of the home; mother, Rose Elizabeth Ford of MO; sons, Mark Ford and Craig Ford (Carrie) all of TX; brother, Jim Ford, of MO; and two grandchildren, Madeleine and Jesse. Viewing will be 1-7 Wednesday at Add’Vantage Funeral Service, 9761 E 31st St. Memorial Service will be 2 pm Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Victory Christian Center.
