Key matchup: OSU's frame of mind vs. KU challenge

If you're looking for physical matchups that favor Oklahoma State, you can find them all over the field. Moreso, OSU's challenge will be mental. Will the Cowboys bring something less than their A-game to Lawrence because they know they are playing a Jayhawk squad that they led 56-7 at halftime last season?

Kansas seems destined for a last-place finish in the Big 12 again. On paper, this is the easiest game OSU will play the remainder of the season. The Cowboys will try to ignore the opponent's credentials and concentrate on taking care of business.

"That's just our mindset going into every week," OSU running back Jeremy Smith said during a Tuesday interview. "It's just all about us. Still, we can't take Kansas lightly. We have to prepare just like we would prepare for any other team."
