Nick Hamilton's 70-yard punt return for a tiebreaking touchdown with 1:39 left helped Ponca City snap its eight-game losing streak after trailing 14-0 entering the fourth quarter at Enid.
The Plainsmen countered with an 80-yard drive, capped by quarterback Chance Pryor's 1-yard TD run with 50 seconds left. Enid went for the two-point conversion, but Hamilton intercepted Pryor's pass.
"That was a pretty crazy game, I'll tell you what," Ponca City coach Josh Allen said. "We willed ourselves to victory; it was just the kids digging down, making plays, and believing in themselves."
