Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers not well tested. Few sales steady, but firm undertone on lighter weight yearlings. Demand good for light supply. Steer and heifer calves steady to 2 higher. Demand good for calves especially long weaned calves. or steer calves. Quality plain thru attractive with some reputation brand calves included. Newly planted wheat in some areas is just beginning to emerge. Numbers of weaned calves on the increase.
