Police seeking robbery suspect

Tulsa police are searching for a man who reportedly tied up and robbed another man inside an apartment complex Saturday.

The robbery happened in the 2800 block of East 51st Street South at the Brittany Square Apartments around 2 p.m., Cpl. Clay Asbill said.

The victim told police the man entered his apartment armed with what appeared to be a gun and tied him up with a cord before stealing his cellphone and wallet, Asbill said.

The victim was not injured, he said.

It is unclear how the armed robber entered the apartment, police said.

The robber is described as black, in his 30s with an average build.
