Letter to the Editor: Thanks to Sullivan

Several months ago, 1st District U.S. Rep. John Sullivan was the guest speaker at a luncheon I attended. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge, his friendly presentation and the willingness to answer tough questions. He has brought federal money to Oklahoma and secured respect for the coalition approach to compromise without surrendering his self respect.
I will miss Sullivan. Perhaps someday he may return. I hope so. In the meantime I want to wish him well, and most of all a big thank-you, for everything he has done for us.
