Editor's note: On Nov. 21, Tulsa Police told the Tulsa World that Le'Andre Tillis was released from custody on Oct. 21 and never jailed or arrested for robbery complaints.

Correction: A Tuesday Tulsa World story was unclear on the arrest of a juvenile during a robbery investigation. Tyree Evans was arrested on outstanding warrants. This story has been updated.
Police on Sunday arrested two men in connection with recent robberies near 61st Street and Peoria Avenue.

Jeremy Deangelo Tillis of Owasso and Samuel Lee Reed of Tulsa were arrested at 3:40 p.m. in the 2400 block of North St. Louis Avenue, jail records show.

Tillis and Reed, both 21, are accused of kidnapping a man and robbing several people of money, iPhones and other items Saturday night, according to their arrest reports.

A man called police about 11:45 p.m. after he was taken at gunpoint from the R&R Food Store, 6110 S. Peoria Ave., the reports state. The assailant took the man's iPhone, baseball cap and jewelry and ordered him to drive to an ATM to withdraw the victim's money.

The gunman and two other assailants then forced the man to drive them to the victim's home, where the robbers took $500, a television and a video game console from people inside before ordering the victim to drop them off in the area of 6500 S. Newport Ave., the arresting officer wrote.

The victim remotely tracked the phone to three locations and relayed the information to police, who then found Tillis, Reed and three other men and took them into custody, according to the reports.

Reed and Tillis were both found to be in possession of stolen phones, police said.

Police linked a white iPhone Tillis was carrying to a robbery in the same area that was reported about 6:20 p.m. That victim told police a man grabbed her phone and ran. A second man then approached her to offer aid and indicated that he knew the suspect, at which point a third man stole her purse and $43, the arresting officer wrote.

Reed and Tillis are in the Tulsa Jail on complaints of armed robbery, first-degree robbery by force or fear, and knowingly concealing stolen property. Bail is set at $101,500 for each man.

Thomas Reed, Le'Andre Tillis and Tyree Evans, all of whom are juveniles, also were jailed, said Officer Jill Roberson.

Tyree Evans was arrested on outstanding warrants. Thomas Reed was arrested on two robbery complaints.

Jeremy Tillis pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree robbery after he was charged with armed robbery in 2009. He served three months in prison and was to remain on probation until 2017.
