Keys: The Oilers' Jake Trask netted a goal at the 1:30 mark of the first period on assists from Matt Register and Ben Gordon. ... Tulsa kept Allen off the scoreboard until 5:08 into the second period when Jamie Schaafsma scored. Jarret Lukin scored a shorthanded goal at the 8:54 mark to give the Americans a 2-1 lead. ...
