Letter to the Editor: No joke

Wow, what a concern all Americans should have when Vice President Joe Biden thinks the problems in America are nothing more than sitting there smirking and laughing like it is all a big joke. Then he had the audacity to sit there, look into the camera and say, “Who do you trust?” President Obama looked at the American people and said, “the health-care bill is not a tax, it is a penalty.”

But if you read the entire health-care bill (2,700 pages) there are more than 21 tax increases that affect each and every one of you. So, is it really a health-care bill or a ruse by the president to increase taxes? What do you expect when President Obama is running around with the likes of Bill Clinton? Didn’t Clinton look at the American people and say, “I did not have sex with that woman”? Which was a lie.

I also was concerned that Biden sidestepped and didn’t want to acknowledge that the Obama administration has added in just 3½ years “almost” $7 trillion to our national debt. The national debt belongs to the American people. Be honest with yourself and look in the mirror and ask: Can the American people and the stability of America survive another four years of President Obama and Vice President Biden?

And then, after you vote and all the tax increases kick in, who do you blame?
