Fifth-seeded Tulsa dropped a 2-0 decision to third-seeded UCF in the Conference USA women's soccer championship game on Sunday in El Paso, Texas.

The Golden Hurricane fell to 12-6-4 on the season, while the Knights moved to 17-4-1 overall.

"I am very proud of our program and where we've come from," TU head coach Kyle Cussen said. "This doesn't diminish what we've accomplished this season."

Nicolette Radovcic gave UCF an early lead as she scored her 12th goal on the year in the 13th minute off a combination from Andrea Rodrigues and Ashley Nicol. Jennifer Martin scored the second goal for the Knights in the 60th minute with Bianca Joswiak and Madison Barney picking up assists.

Cussen said TU's season is likely over, but that will not be decided until the NCAA Tournament bracket is announced Monday night.

"This is a special team and a special group of women, and I just don't want this season to end," he said.

Hayley Harryman logged all 90 minutes in goal for TU and recorded seven saves.

"Katie Bykowski has been a huge part of our program, but since Claire Hulcer and Rachel Garcia usually take her goal kicks, we decided to go with Hayley in goal to help alleviate added strain on their legs," Cussen said. "Katie has been great at supporting the team and Hayley this week and has really been a vocal leader. She has been a huge part of us getting to this point as a program, not just because of her play this year, but all four years.

"I am really proud of all of our seniors and what they've helped us accomplish throughout their careers."

Claire Hulcer had a team-best three shots for TU, while Jordan O'Brien and Claire Nicholson each had two attempts.
